Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage requirements for defined subject areas, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • •Design, code, verify, test, document, refactor, and integrate moderately complex software applications, components, and automations.
  • •Use approved AI capabilities and specification-driven development (SPEC coding) to translate requirements into testable AI-enabled software outcomes.
  • •Define and execute test conditions, analyze integration/build results, and support deployment, release, environment validation, and early-life support.
  • •Apply security controls, perform basic risk/vulnerability assessment for assigned scope, and support incident response per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year college/university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in software engineering, application development, or related technical areas.
  • •Proficiency with at least one programming language plus relevant software development tools/frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle: testing, integration, release, and application support, plus Agile delivery practices.
  • •Ability to analyze defined problems, document requirements/technical information, and deliver assigned work with appropriate guidance.
