Workforce Governance Expert

Design and continuously improve workforce governance policies and systems for flexible staffing, including outsourcing, labor dispatch, and project-based cooperation. Build a risk-based management framework aligned with business growth and compliance, partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to implement programs, and develop supplier entry/evaluation governance mechanisms. Use data analysis to monitor staffing structures, costs, and risk indicators and track domestic and international policy changes.
