Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the CEO operating rhythm, including calendar management, inbox triage, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
  • •Plan and book complex international travel end to end and manage the speaking pipeline (requests, selection, briefing packs, and on-ground logistics).
  • •Act as the trusted point of contact for key external relationships with customers, partners, and investors.
  • •Anticipate needs by identifying bottlenecks early and building systems, defaults, and briefings so the CEO focuses on judgment.
  • •Manage expenses and finance admin; support occasional personal assistant (PA) duties as needed.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 120,000 annually
