Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new tests and test algorithms for products, including test software/hardware requirements, defect coverage, characterization, trending, process flow, and test times.
  • •Create test programs for products using primarily Python and C/C++ on automated test equipment, then release programs to the manufacturing area.
  • •Serve as a lead for NPI and pre/post silicon checkouts.
  • •Develop test automation solutions and support electrical validation and qualification of new test equipment and tools.
  • •Independently debug test issues, identify root causes, analyze statistics for program validation/release, and support yield/quality improvements with global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Open to fresh graduates or candidates with under 2 years of experience.
  • •Knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering as applicable to memory devices and test hardware.
  • •Strong understanding of digital systems and digital logic.
  • •Logical thinking applied to general programming and problem solving.
  • •Basic English skills and ability to work in a multi-national, multi-functional team (English & Chinese environment).
