Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory appearance and security, keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation and follow CarMax EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean work area.
