Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure local health and safety, welfare, risk, information security, and assessment/compliance for the team.
  • •Lead project/programme and financial management, including monitoring budgets, forecasts, resource management, and commercial performance targets.
  • •Manage and direct PMCM projects, overseeing preparation/checking of documents, reports, and technical deliverables to meet internal and client requirements and QA standards.
  • •Carry out audits against WSP Management and Quality processes and implement corrective measures as required.
  • •Provide people leadership including appraisals, performance reviews, training/mentoring, succession planning, and promoting team achievements and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to Bachelor/ Master's degree level in a related discipline.
  • •Chartered status of an appropriate professional body.
  • •Seasoned professional with significant experience in project management, project delivery, or leadership in a consulting engineering environment.
  • •Demonstrable experience in project/programme delivery, including cost/commercial management or PMO delivery in relevant sectors.
  • •Experience leading teams and operational management of a team of 80+ staff, with strong communication and client-handling skills.
