Own customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives, using data to tailor messaging and improve engagement and conversion across email, push, and in-product. Partner with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure seamless execution, manage stakeholder alignment, localize international campaigns, and oversee deliverability and reporting while meeting compliance requirements.
