Job Summary

An internship focused on exploring how AI can automate tasks within ERP using D365 F&O. You will design a technical prototype showing a clean ERP core with standardized processes and high-quality data to enable AI integration, study AI agents (Copilot/Agent-like) for ERP tasks, and develop governance/human-in-the-loop models. Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants in a multidisciplinary team and potentially earn Microsoft certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop or design a technical prototype or concept that demonstrates how a clean ERP core with standardized processes and high-quality data can support AI integration in D365 F&O.
•Investigate and design governance and human-in-the-loop models for AI actions within ERP.
•Formulate hypotheses, implement technically, and validate solutions with experiments or test setups.
•Collaborate with architects, developers and consultants in a multidisciplinary team to align on approach and outcomes.
•Define focus and scope in consultation, potentially building a proof-of-concept AI agent to automate a specific ERP task.

Key Requirements

•You are a 4th-year HBO student or WO Master student and available for an internship starting 1 September 2026.
•You have an interest in AI, software development, ERP systems and cloud architectures.
•You have affinity with data, integrations and automation.
•You are interested in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
•Experience with programming (e.g., Python, C++, C#, APIs) is a plus.
