Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistent quality, prepare ingredients, and keep work areas clean and well organized. Rotate stock, assist with inventory to reduce waste, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and support plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards while coordinating effectively with the culinary team.
