Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and take overall responsibility for major incidents or P1/P2 incidents as the interface between customer and NTT DATA remote operations for assigned locations.
  • •Conduct end-to-end network troubleshooting independently, with remote NOC support per documented procedures.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis for major/P1-P2 incidents and implement standard changes agreed with the customer following documented procedures.
  • •Handle escalated customer requests and provide local network problem support; ensure efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
  • •Carry out approved maintenance activities (patching and configuration changes), monitor L1 activities across one or more locations, and support documentation (SOPs) and potential project work.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent German and English skills (at least Berlitz Level B2).
  • •Solid intermediate network knowledge (routing, switching, VLANs) and understanding of infrastructure components like firewalls, VPNs, and access control.
  • •Experience with network monitoring tools and analyzing logs/system behavior.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot network issues and work with escalations using tickets and documented troubleshooting steps.
  • •General knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and structured work planning.
