Manager, Development

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of community development projects under the Communities vertical. You’ll liaise with consultants and contractors, track milestones and budgets, and prepare progress reports and governance updates. The role also coordinates regulatory approvals, NOCs, inspections, and site visits, while assisting in feasibility studies, project phasing, and development planning. You’ll partner with the Development Director to manage timelines, risks, and delivery progress.
