Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver learning and development programmes across franchise hotels throughout South & East Europe.
  • •Facilitate training sessions supporting operational excellence, brand standards, revenue generation, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction.
  • •Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend tailored development solutions to meet business requirements.
  • •Identify and sell bespoke training programmes, and support planning and execution of the annual regional learning strategy and training calendar.
  • •Manage and develop a Training Officer, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development support.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong facilitation and training delivery experience in hospitality, learning and development, or a related field.
  • •Experience conducting learning needs analysis and designing practical development solutions.
  • •Commercial awareness and ability to identify and develop business opportunities through learning initiatives.
  • •Experience working with Learning Management Systems, including content management and curriculum administration.
  • •Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken) is essential.
