Regional Learning & Development Partner - South & East Europe

Deliver learning and development programs across franchise hotels in South & East Europe, facilitating training that improves operational excellence, brand standards, quality, guest satisfaction, and revenue. Conduct learning needs analysis, recommend tailored solutions, and sell bespoke training programmes. Support the regional learning strategy and calendar, partner with General Managers and stakeholders, and contribute to designing and improving instructor-led and digital content while managing and coaching a Training Officer.
