Job Summary

Manage one of Pandora’s retail stores in A Coruña as the leader responsible for driving sales, meeting commercial targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Report to the Regional Sales Manager while setting individual goals, controlling budgets and schedules, analyzing store performance via KPIs, implementing visual merchandising campaigns, training and motivating the team, and managing stock and orders.

•Ensure all Pandora standards for product presentation, achievement of sales objectives, and excellent customer service.

•Implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
•Train and develop the team to deliver the best experiences and support internal talent growth; manage and analyze stock and orders.

Key Requirements

•Experience in retail brands, preferably premium, with at least 1-3 years as a Shop Manager in a similar store format.
•Proven leadership of teams and the ability to create dynamic, flexible commercial environments.
•Ability to manage commercial indicators and strong customer orientation.
•Inspiring, motivating, and highly positive attitude.
•Good knowledge of Office and proficiency in key IT/electronic tools.
