Senior Manager - IT Security

Lead the IT Security team within the Information Technology organization, partnering with the CISO and senior leaders to develop and execute the company’s cybersecurity strategy aligned to business objectives and regulatory requirements. Own security risk identification and mitigation, oversee key security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning, and SIEM), and drive incident response planning, investigations, and post-incident improvements. Ensure compliance through audits and risk management frameworks with KPI reporting.
