Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of cogeneration/CHP and related energy infrastructure projects.
  • •Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • •Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities and ensure integration with existing airport and utility systems.
  • •Serve as a primary interface with the client, airport operations, airlines, and stakeholders; lead project meetings, reporting, and governance.
  • •Administer consultants/contractor/vendor agreements, manage cost controls/forecasting/change orders/claims, and support commissioning, testing, and closeout while maintaining safety, compliance, and environmental/permitting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •8–15+ years of experience in infrastructure, energy, or power projects.
  • •Experience with cogeneration/CHP, central plants, or utility infrastructure.
  • •Experience working in aviation or other operational/regulated environments, including Owner’s Representative or consulting roles.
  • •Must reside in the New York Metro area, be able to work on-site at aviation facilities, and obtain and maintain airport security credentials.
