Job Summary

Support CarMax’s Service Department by handling incoming service calls and assisting customers in person and over the phone before, during, and after repairs. Schedule and route service appointments, perform reminder and follow-up calls, and contact customers regarding repair requests while maintaining accurate records. You’ll also audit sublet invoices and monitor loaner logs for compliance, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements while keeping the work area organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally with empathy.
•Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors to support smooth customer experiences and accurate information sharing.
•Schedule service appointments and route calls; provide clear responses to customer inquiries.
•Perform reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow up when special-order parts arrive; file repair orders daily.
•Audit sublet invoices and monitor loaner logs for compliance with CarMax guidelines and EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean work area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.9 hourly
