Bid Quality Assurance Manager (H/F)

Own bid quality assurance for strategic offers before contractualization, ensuring compliance with quality processes during the pre-sales phase. Assess quality, technical, operational, and organizational risks; propose action plans; and support multidisciplinary bid teams in gap resolution. Ensure client requirements are properly handled and verify documentation quality to enable a smooth handover from bid to project. Advise leadership and stakeholders with objective risk analyses while developing team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing.
