Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • •Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
  • •Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • •Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation while staying current on ABA best practices

Key Requirements
