Conduct behavioral and functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and provide caregiver training. You’ll supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams, track progress with data, and maintain timely HIPAA-compliant documentation. Role is hybrid with required in-person attendance 1–2 days weekly in Ontario, OH.
