Own end-to-end localization projects for TikTok’s Global Business Marketing language management team, from initiation through delivery and closure. Partner proactively with North America stakeholders to coordinate cross-team work, align internal requestors with external language service providers (LSPs), and ensure on-time, high-quality written content. Analyze source files for risks, track project budgets, and run LSP training to resolve issues while improving localization tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage each step of the localization process: initiating, executing, and closing projects.
•Communicate proactively with stakeholders—especially from North America markets—to ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
•Coordinate with internal requestors and external LSPs to deliver written content on time and at high quality.
•Analyze source files to identify potential challenges and establish preventative measures.
•Maintain running financial records for each project to ensure spending stays within budget; organize LSP training and suggest process/tool optimizations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
•Minimum 4 years of localization project management experience.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Proven track record managing language localization projects and collaborating with LSPs in North America markets.
•Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
