Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently gather technical information from Identity, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and ICAM SMEs to develop and write documentation such as SOPs, TTPs, integration guides, and architecture/process documentation.
  • •Develop and maintain documentation aligned with organizational standards, engineering best practices, and ICAM governance requirements.
  • •Maintain documentation repositories and publish content for internal SharePoint portals following established publishing processes.
  • •Collaborate with IdP engineers, application teams, and program leadership to identify documentation tasks, prioritize work, and meet delivery timelines.
  • •Evaluate and improve existing ICAM documentation, reviewing for grammar, accuracy, completeness, and overall quality, and support broader onboarding and modernization/lifecycle documentation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Secret Clearance at minimum (interim Secret clearances are not allowed).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or work experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience creating technical documentation for IT, cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise systems.
  • •Strong technical writing skills to translate engineering concepts into clear documentation, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • •Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
