Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and map institutional client segments (hedge funds, quant firms, family offices, market makers, corporate treasuries) and build prospect databases
  • •Support BD leads with pitch preparation, meeting follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • •Analyze daily volume data and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunities
  • •Assist with onboarding workflows—coordinating between clients, compliance, and product teams
  • •Prepare materials for client meetings: product summaries, market updates, and competitive comparisons

Key Requirements

  • •Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student (Finance, Economics, Business or related)
  • •Genuine curiosity about crypto, digital assets, and institutional markets
  • •Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and AI
  • •Bilingual English/Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners
  • •Detail-oriented, self-driven, able to manage multiple tasks without hand-holding
