  • •Oversee service coordination to respond to customer needs and ensure technician training and skills match customer requirements.
  • •Lead emergency repair, maintenance contracts, scheduled work and upgrades, installations, component replacement, and long-term service agreements.
  • •Attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop service employees; drive continuous improvement via performance management and technical training programs.
  • •Maximize cash flow by ensuring timely invoice generation, managing expense budgets, and increasing service team utilization.
  • •Improve processes that impact customer experience while ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance and training at shop and customer sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of HVAC controls and building automation systems (preferred).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
