Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, evaluate and manage Airwallex’s key financial partnerships with banks across APAC to deepen product capabilities in the region and enable market launches.
  • •Scope, establish, negotiating, implementing, and operationalising complex partnership engagements; serve as a bridge between financial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to M&A activities by providing access to regulatory licenses in new geographies.
  • •Collaborate in new market development efforts by identifying acquisition targets, conducting financial analysis and due diligence.
  • •Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and outcomes for the company.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in fintech / technology or top-tier management strategy/management consulting. Prior M&A Investment Banking experience is a plus.
  • •Experience in commercial negotiation and partnership sourcing and management
  • •Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills
  • •Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • •Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and thrives under pressure
