Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contract strategy within the business unit/COE and define contract terms/conditions in line with company standards.
  • •Manage post-award contract activities, including vendor performance and compliance, payment term enforcement, and contract modifications.
  • •Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal by verifying completion of work and tracking lifecycle activities for medium and high contracts.
  • •Provide contract performance metrics, identify and apply value-maximizing opportunities, and support development of SPM value targets.
  • •Resolve contractual issues and business conflicts between the company and vendors; serve as the point of contact for contractual issues and mentor other Contract Managers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or related discipline.
  • •5+ years experience in contract management techniques.
  • •Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated strong project management skills and negotiation/influencing capabilities.
  • •PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Maximo, and SRM.
