Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of Hearing Care Coordinators, including recruitment, hiring, and ongoing performance management.
  • •Provide coaching and training on scheduled evaluations, capacity/demand targets, and ongoing best practices beyond onboarding.
  • •Ensure compliance and accuracy across regional collections/transactions, clinic inventory control, and insurance/benefit checks.
  • •Proactively address performance and process issues by recognizing trends, coaching to SOPs, and conducting annual appraisals.
  • •Drive regional KPI success through financial dashboards, manage calendars/capacity, and support community events and local partnerships.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • •2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
  • •Previous customer service experience is required.
  • •Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and strong professional verbal and written communication.
  • •Experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus; experience with multiple EMR systems is a plus.
