Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience and go-live.
  • •Manage multiple customer onboarding projects at different stages, adjusting for urgency.
  • •Provide recommendations and direction to enable successful integrations and prepare customers technically and operationally.
  • •Guide customers through training, troubleshooting, and creation of integration documentation for use with Redox tools and learning systems.
  • •Collaborate internally on onboarding success plans and escalations, maintain documentation, create onboarding collateral, and monitor industry trends and product enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably in Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or related SaaS.
  • •Hands-on experience with healthcare integration standards and data formats, including HL7v2, FHIR, X12, and C-CDA, plus familiarity with modern APIs.
  • •Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • •Proven ability working directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • •Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent onboarding projects from start to finish.
