•Create and manage a large portfolio within a region or territory to generate maximum new lease originations.
•Develop and maintain quality customer relationships.
•Understand customer needs from both technical and financial perspectives and propose product and financial alternatives.
•Participate in vendor plant tours, seminars, training, industry associations, and customer briefings to maintain product knowledge and reaffirm relationships.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in the leasing industry.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills.
•Strong organizational and leadership skills.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
