Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate reporting and papers for key UK and EMEA governance committees and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • •Support governance forums by maintaining committee records, terms of reference, action tracking, and audit trails.
  • •Produce high-quality reporting on risk exposure, control effectiveness, emerging risks, and key business developments.
  • •Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of risks, controls, and dependencies across the business.
  • •Provide governance and risk input on business initiatives, projects, and regulatory change activities; build relationships across teams and contribute to key risk committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience within risk, governance, compliance, internal audit, or a similar role, ideally in insurance, financial services, professional services, or another FCA-regulated environment.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory governance, committee structures, risk frameworks, and governance processes in a complex corporate organisation.
  • •Experience partnering across multiple functions and geographies within a matrix environment.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working effectively with senior leaders and business teams across the UK and EMEA.
  • •Strong communication and organisational skills, including preparing governance papers and committee reporting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
