Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the As-Is workflow by shadowing users across systems, transactions, roles, and pain points.
  • •Design the To-Be workflow showing how AI changes each task.
  • •Author product specs including inputs, outputs/UI, processing logic, and score them for value and feasibility.
  • •Influence Go/No-Go decisions and secure executive sign-off on the spec.
  • •Drive product development and roadmap expansion, ensuring extensibility and configurability.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years managing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
  • •Over 5 years in enterprise product management, including 0-to-1 delivery.
  • •Strong ability to map As-Is flows across systems and teams, identify pain points and root causes, and define solutions.
  • •Engineering-oriented product thinking across users, UI, processing logic, APIs, and technical feasibility.
  • •Solid AI foundations (agents and/or ML and/or optimization) with experience in business systems and data landscapes; SAP knowledge (S/4, BTP, Joule) is preferred.
