Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Production Management Managers/Executives in onboarding and running original film and series productions in Indonesia.
  • •Act as an in-house Line Producer across pre-production, production, and post-production by reviewing budgets, schedules, and workflows.
  • •Build and maintain production schedules, coordinate meetings, and create/update production documents and internal databases (schedules, crew, contacts).
  • •Communicate and negotiate directly with senior producers on budget, schedule, and production plan questions; align internal teams and production partners.
  • •Research and reach out to filming locations/studios, help vet production staff and crew, and manage travel/logistics and local ways of working while spotting operational issues early.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a Line Producer in film or series production.
  • •Fluent in Indonesia plus English.
  • •Strong understanding of production budgets, schedules, and paperwork.
  • •Able to support multiple fast-paced projects and respond to urgent matters outside normal hours when needed.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Movie Magic Budgeting/Scheduling familiarity is a plus).
