Job Summary

Review, negotiate, and place long-term pricing and procurement agreements, including competitive and sole-sourced request for quotations/proposals. Lead formal negotiations covering price, delivery, scope, and terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements. Resolve contract issues across varying complexity levels, support conflict resolution, and build relationships with first-tier subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, negotiate, and place long term agreements.
•Prepare and issue competitive and sole sourced requests for quotations/proposals.
•Perform price and cost analysis and lead negotiations on price, delivery, scope, and terms/conditions.
•Issue agreements and resolve low/medium/high complexity issues in line with FAR/DFAR and compliance requirements.
•Maintain professional relationships with first tier subcontractors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
•U.S. person eligibility (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.
•Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and compliance with pricing agreements.
•Experience assessing proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) and familiarity with contractual vehicles (e.g., Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price).
•Preferred: experience with SAP-based environments and review of Statement of Work (SOW) for technical requirements.
