Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic development and oversight of secure physical infrastructure solutions for FCAS facilities across current and future programme requirements.
  • •Establish and maintain governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks for secure facilities, driving continuous improvement and reducing operational security risk.
  • •Partner with senior business leaders, government stakeholders, and international collaborators to align infrastructure security requirements with programme targets.
  • •Oversee planning, implementation, and optimisation of secure environments to ensure facilities, physical assets, and controls enable effective programme delivery.
  • •Provide coordination and specialist guidance across physical infrastructure and protective security activities, developing organisational capability and supporting bids and multinational partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 59,491 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, with professional security accreditation or membership preferred.
  • •Significant experience developing and delivering security strategies to protect classified information and high-value assets in multi-layered environments.
  • •Extensive knowledge of UK Government and industry security policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and best-practice frameworks.
  • •Demonstrable experience overseeing investigations, incident response, and risk management with intelligence-led security strategy-making.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and providing strategic security advice within large international organisations.
