Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • •Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training.
  • •Provide marketing support by answering questions, creating collateral from templates, and liaising with marketing specialists for complex requests.
  • •Partner with the Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers to Compass.
  • •Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, handling the office phone line and mail distribution, and supporting office operations and facilities escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
  • •Passion for supporting and serving real estate agents as they grow their businesses.
  • •Experience providing live or remote training (plus).
  • •Ability to establish credibility with agent decision-makers and influencers through strong listening and empathy.
  • •Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organized, analytical problem-solving (ability to lift up to 25 lbs).
