Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and realise the technical architecture of modern platforms together with the Portfolio Owner Platform Engineering
  • •Build scalable, reliable, and secure platform solutions that maximise developer support
  • •Automate infrastructure management with Infrastructure-as-Code and create self-service options for development teams
  • •Develop and manage Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that accelerate and simplify software delivery
  • •Work closely with development teams to improve application performance, stability and deployment processes

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code in public cloud environments (preferably Terraform, multi-cloud)
  • •Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Go or Python
  • •Experience with pipelines-as-code (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure Pipelines)
  • •Experience collaborating with application teams and development tooling such as Gradle, .NET or npm
  • •Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift
