Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver hands-on technical instruction across onboarding, residency, and technical enablement programs in New York and remotely across European time zones.
  • •Model strong technical teaching for interactive labs up to 100+ practitioners, adapting to audience experience and technical depth.
  • •Run train-the-trainer programs for internal experts, contract instructors, and training partners using practice-teach, feedback, and certification processes.
  • •Coach and calibrate instructors through live/recorded observations, actionable feedback, and recommendations on readiness to teach specific content.
  • •Own instructional quality by staffing and scheduling cleared instructors into East Coast calendars, and use learner/instructor data to improve curriculum and instructor development.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical education, or another technically deep role.
  • •3+ years of hands-on technical instruction, teaching engineers in live in-person and remote environments.
  • •Production engineering experience: wrote and shipped production software and can discuss architecture, implementation, debugging, and tradeoffs with engineers.
  • •Recent hands-on AI development within the past three years using LLM APIs, agents, tool use, MCP, or related technologies.
  • •Instructor development experience through observation, structured feedback, practice teaching, or train-the-trainer programs.
