Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure territory HCPs understand the detrimental consequences of HPP and drive accurate diagnosis and treatment access.
  • •Create and maintain KAM plans for top accounts/treatment centers, including decision-maker prioritization and situational analysis.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to execute KAM plans and implement customer-focused, patient-centered tactics and activities.
  • •Provide high level customer service to key partners and apply marketing tools and promotional programs.
  • •Manage self-dependent territory planning, reporting, training completion, CRM/resource/workload handling, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BSc preferable) with 10+ years of field-based sales experience, including at least 2 years in specialty-care sales.

  • •Ability to gain access and build strong professional relationships with healthcare providers in community and academic centers.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an influential presentation style.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Western Canada regularly, occasionally to Ontario.
