Job Summary

Support the end-to-end delivery of learning and development programs across EMEA, including scheduling, logistics, participant communications, and program tracking. Partner with HR Business Partners and the global T&D team to understand learning needs, manage business training curriculums, and coordinate feedback and evaluations. Manage external training providers and learning platforms, and maintain training data and reporting to deliver insights that improve the regional L&D offering.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across EMEA.
•Manage logistics such as scheduling, venue coordination, participant communications, materials, and program tracking.
•Support business-specific training curriculums in Europe and coordinate feedback collection and program evaluations.
•Manage relationships with external training providers, including contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
•Maintain training data, reporting, and program trackers, and support projects to improve the regional Learning & Development offering.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, program coordination, events/operations, or a similar role.
•Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
•Experience managing stakeholders and external vendors.
