Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of IFRS-based group reports and other finance documents.
  • •Ensure compliance with IFRS and group standards, business code of practice, and establish controls over accounting and reporting processes.
  • •Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and period-end closing accounting reports.
  • •Document Standard Operating Procedures and participate in process and systems improvements and development.
  • •Support internal and external audits and sometimes lead internal accounting and reporting projects, including international ones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with proven extensive knowledge in IFRS.
  • •Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies.
  • •Expert proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
  • •Ability to support compliance with IFRS and group standards and contribute to process improvements.
