Key Responsibilities

•Oversee compliance with established reporting, process, and handover procedures for all capital projects in continental Europe and manage third-party delivery of Agency or Principal projects.
•Capture meeting minutes, monitor timelines, and report on project progress specifically for the European region.
•Support implementation and adherence to project governance, standards, and methodologies across all European projects.
•Report regional portfolio progress and compliance status to the Capital Program Integrator and standardize project processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks across continental Europe.
•Monitor regional program performance, budget adherence, and schedule compliance, and assist in financial reporting, forecasting and audit mechanisms for capital spending in Continental Europe.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
•7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management with a focus on compliance and oversight, preferably in a multinational context.
