Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end ingredient quality error governance lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to re-engineer processes and drive defect rate reduction.
  • •Architect and implement a unified North American meal kit quality program, including standards, systems/processes, and automated tracking across sites.
  • •Use KPIs, trend analysis, and performance data to identify systemic gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and measure sustained results.
  • •Translate quality KPIs into actionable SOPs for distribution centers, ensuring new quality initiatives are adopted, sustained, and reflected in the data.
  • •Lead structured Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and recruit, train, coach, and manage a quality/CI team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality, supply chain, or related operational disciplines, using data to drive measurable improvements across complex operations.
  • •Experience managing teams and large-scale projects in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, RCA, or similar structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs and performance trends; Tableau or Power BI experience strongly preferred.
