Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement highly scalable components of the enterprise agentic AI platform from architecture through production implementation and operation.
  • •Build distributed services and APIs for agent execution and lifecycle management, including unified control plane capabilities.
  • •Engineer platform-level governance and security controls for agent identity, authentication and authorization, tool permissions, policy enforcement, auditability, and lifecycle controls.
  • •Develop observability, evaluation, and experimentation capabilities for production AI systems, including telemetry, explainability, and automated evaluation pipelines.
  • •Create developer experience and delivery capabilities such as SDKs, tooling, CI/CD/release processes for AI agents, and resilient infrastructure patterns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering experience building production systems using Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
  • •Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, agent architectures, tool/function calling, retrieval, context management, and agent orchestration.
  • •Experience building production applications or platforms using major model providers or AI platforms.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
  • •Strong understanding of security fundamentals (identity, authentication, authorization, secrets, least-privilege) and production-ready observability, testing, and CI/CD.
