Safety, Health & Environment Site Officer

Serve as the owner’s on-site safety representative for a major construction project near DFW Airport, providing independent oversight of construction activities. Conduct daily safety walks and routine audits, review contractor and design-builder safety programs, and monitor compliance with OSHA and owner EHS policies. Lead incident and near-miss root-cause investigations, develop corrective action recommendations, maintain safety documentation, and collaborate with project leadership to coach and strengthen a culture of safety.
