Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program virtually (phone, text, email) and in-person at clinics or partner locations.

  • •Educate partners about program services and explain Enhanced Care Management benefits to eligible members.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Physically located in the United States and able to work in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant internet-connected space for virtual operations.
  • •Bilingual in English/Spanish with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • •Comfort and strong skills using multiple technology platforms to complete virtual outreach and manage enrollment.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
