Job Summary

Lead sustainability-focused customer engagements across Southeast Asia and ANZ, acting as a trusted advisor on sustainability strategies, reporting, and solutions. Support key accounts and strategic RFPs with sustainability expertise, strengthen sustainability messaging in sales materials, and help execute regional sustainability go-to-market strategies. Deliver sales enablement training, build a network of sustainability champions, and represent HP sustainability in customer meetings and industry events, collaborating across global workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sustainability-focused customer engagements, briefings, and workshops (virtual and in-person).
•Advise customers on sustainability strategies, reporting, and solutions; support key accounts and strategic opportunities.
•Support strategic RFPs, RFIs, and major deals as sustainability subject matter expert; escalate complex sustainability queries.
•Execute sustainability go-to-market strategies across SEA + ANZ, using market insights to shape offerings and campaigns.
•Develop and deliver sales training, build sustainability champions across sales teams, and collaborate across regional/global sustainability workstreams.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•~8+ years of experience in sustainability, consulting, account management, or customer-facing roles.
•Strong understanding of sustainability topics including climate, circularity, reporting frameworks, and supply chain.
•Experience supporting enterprise customers or complex B2B environments.
•Consultative/advisory mindset with strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and influencing across senior audiences.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental, business, or related fields (preferred), fluent in English, and willingness to travel regionally.
