Job Summary

Drive operational excellence for the Communications function by strengthening information flow, improving operating rhythms, and advancing enterprise alignment. Partner with the Chief of Staff and communications leadership to standardize strategic planning cycles, govern and continuously improve key communication channels (e.g., resource center, briefs, all hands), and lead process optimization and change initiatives. Own governance and reporting for IT-related initiatives and develop strategic projects, including dashboards and AI best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day strategic, organizational, and operational support to the Chief of Staff.
•Organize, document, and track the status of CCO directives to support alignment and accountability across the communications function.
•Strengthen the communications leadership team’s operating rhythm and design/execute an annual strategic planning cycle with gated reviews, goal alignment, budgeting, and reporting.
•Streamline and modernize information flow across core channels, and lead governance, auditing, and continuous improvement of the Communications Resource Center.
•Serve as the CORE focal, partner on CORE engagements, and develop/lead strategic projects including communications-specific AI best practices and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years, or 9 years without a degree).
•Proven program and project management skills.
•Demonstrated ability to lead process optimization and change management initiatives.
•Ability to exercise discretion and manage sensitive information appropriately.
•Experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
