Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry environments, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and onboarding new AI use cases.
  • •Configure and deploy AI agents/solutions across development, testing, and production environments, managing licensing, permissions, capacity, and access controls.
  • •Support design and implementation of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure services, including secure connectivity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise platforms, plus integrations between Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
  • •Apply AI and cloud security governance controls, including security reviews, risk assessments, compliance activities, identity and access controls, data protection, and Defender capabilities.
  • •Coordinate cyber vulnerability management: manage vulnerability tickets, support scanning/patch management, baseline compliance and remediation tracking, and provide reporting on remediation progress and security posture.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud administration in a technical environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell.
  • •Good understanding of identity and access management, Conditional Access, RBAC, Microsoft Defender, and vulnerability management.
  • •Experience administering and troubleshooting complex cloud and infrastructure services, including implementing enterprise security controls.
  • •Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI is highly desirable; degree in CS/IT/Cyber Security/Engineering or equivalent experience.
