Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in store management.
•Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with strong communication skills.
•English advanced level; Arabic is a plus and mandatory for KSA contexts.
•Proven track record in achieving commercial KPIs and coaching for performance.
