Key Responsibilities

  • •Analysieren, entwerfen und implementieren komplexer Hybrid-Identity-Architekturen inkl. technischer Assessments und Architektur-Workshops.
  • •Design und Betrieb von MIM-Umgebungen sowie Entwicklung komplexer Synchronisationslösungen zwischen Verzeichnisdiensten (Join/Projection/Sync Rules, Attribut-Mappings, Transformationsregeln, Connectoren).
  • •Implementierung und Optimierung von Microsoft Entra Connect Sync, Entra Cloud Sync, PTA, PHS, Seamless SSO und Federation Services; Integration von Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID.
  • •Planung und Durchführung von Tenant-to-Tenant-Migrationen, AD-Konsolidierungen, Multi-Forest-Transformationen sowie M&A-/Carve-Out-Projekten inkl. Bereinigung großer Identity-Datenbestände.
  • •Entwicklung von Identity-Integrationen und Automatisierungslösungen mit PowerShell und C# (Betrieb, Governance, Migration) auf Basis moderner APIs und Cloud Services.

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) und tiefes Verständnis der MIM-Synchronisationsengine (Metaverse, Connector Space, Management Agents, Join/Projection/Sync Rules).
  • •Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, Entra Cloud Sync, Hybrid Identity sowie LDAP, DNS, PKI, Kerberos und NTLM.
  • •Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0 und WS-Federation; praktische Erfahrung mit SSO, Federation, AD FS, MFA und Conditional Access.
  • •Erfahrung mit SQL Server sowie Datenanalyse und Datenmodellierung im Identity-Kontext.
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell, C# und .NET sowie Erfahrung mit Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, XML, JSON und Git.
