Consumer Banking Governance Analyst

Own the governance review and approval of consumer customer-facing communications, ensuring regulatory, legal, and business compliance. Manage end-to-end governance across communication journeys including disclosures, notices, announcements, surveys, and messaging. Partner with product, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and operations to deliver effective communications while developing and governing content standards, templates, and disclosure guidelines that reduce fragmented or non-compliant content risk.
