Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support roles for deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles
  • •Build and maintain a safe, compliant, efficient warehouse environment to ensure a fully operational fleet
  • •Define and monitor processes and best practices to drive operational excellence in the warehouse
  • •Set and track KPIs to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance in your market(s)
  • •Provide complaint management and support investigations of customer incidents; partner with Government Relations on Legal, Regulatory, and Safety issues

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an operations role
  • •Experience leading teams or groups
  • •Strong demonstrated expertise with the Dubai region and the ability to anticipate operational needs
  • •Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with a cost-focused, data-based decision-making mindset
  • •Fluency in verbal and written English and Arabic; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge is a bonus)
